PAYMENT
We accept bank wire transfers, all major credit cards, Western Union, Money
Gram, Letters of credit.
All payment above US$ 500 we accept through Wire transfer. All payments
below US$ 500 can be accepted through Western union/Money gram/Credit card.
We accept Western Union/ money Gram upto US$ 1000.
Please take note that 5% commission is extra for credit card payments being
charged by the payment gateway facilitating credit card payments.
SHIPPING
Shipping can be arranged via Air or Sea as per your choice with reputed
Internatiaonal shipping companies at very reasonable costs. We enjoy very
good prices with them on popular routes.
For all weights below 35 kgs we prefer courier mode via DHL, Fed Ex, TNT,
UPS, Indian post etc. Air cargo/sea cargo is economical 35 kgs upwards. We
have special rates with most courier companies due to regular and bulk
business with them. We shall be glad to attend to all your logistics
requirements.

DELIVERY
Most of the herbs depending on the season are always readily available in
stock in bulk quantities. We usually despatch all orders within 48 hours of
payment unless urgency is requested.
SAMPLES
Request for small samples is welcome and in accordance with the
International trade practice courier charges are payable. However small
samples can be sent free of cost on your express account with any of the
courier companies like DHL, Fed Ex, TNT, UPS etc free of cost.
